Responsibilities :
- Handle general customer enquiries on phone
- Provide quality customer services
- 提供電話客戶服務
- 解答一般客戶查詢

Requirements :
- F.5 or above
- At least 1 year experience with handling general enquiries and customer services is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Strong desire to develop their career path in banking industry
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
- 中五程度、具一年或以上客戶服務經驗優先考慮
- 誠實,對工作熱誠,有責任感
- 流利粵語、有良好溝通及表達能力 基本電腦知識 (包括中文輸入法,MS Word和MS Excel)
