 Responsibilities : 

  • Handle general customer enquiries on phone  
  • Provide quality customer services
  • 提供電話客戶服務

Requirements :

  • F.5 or above 
  • At least 1 year experience with handling general enquiries and customer services is an advantage 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proactive, Self-motivated and eager to learn 
  • Strong desire to develop their career path in banking industry 
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage  
  • 中五程度、具一年或以上客戶服務經驗優先考慮 
  • 誠實,對工作熱誠,有責任感 
  • 流利粵語、有良好溝通及表達能力 基本電腦知識 (包括中文輸入法,MS Word和MS Excel)
