Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement sales strategy to achieve business targets and objectives 
  • Communicate with sales teams and agency on product offer, sales momentum and review sales performance and operation workflow 
  • Assist on monthly sales target setting / budget control, according to the rapid changing market environment and competitors 
  • Communicate with internal and external counterparts on event planning, sales materials design and logistic handling 
  • Assist Manager on ad hoc business development projects  
  • Conduct business analysis from MIS reports and to prepare business presentations to management  

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Statistics / Languages or relevant discipline 
  • 5-8 years' related experience preferably gained in commercial market / telecom industry 
  • Proficiency in relational database 
  • Independent, meticulous, good business sense with analytical abilities 
  • Effective international and communication skills and able to work with people at all levels 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
