Position : Customer Service Officer - VIP ( 客户服務 ) ( 18-25K )
Client : A Leading Telecom Corporation in Hong Kong.
Job Duties
- Provide professional services to the customers via phone calls or emails at defined office hours (Monday to Friday)
- Manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner.
- Register customer requested telepresence meetings into system and perform daily checking on the meeting schedule and information to ensure meetings to be conducted correctly.
- Perform pre-meeting test for every meeting.
- Attend to helpdesk phone calls and call registration into helpdesk system.
- Proactive monitor of the telepresence meetings and immediately follow up any abnormal events or requests from customer during the meetings.
- Resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences.
- Perform regular meetings with customer to review the meetings schedule (weekly) and concierge service performance (monthly).
Qualifications
- Certificate holder or above.
- Adequate communication in written & spoken English & Chinese.
- Outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Remarks :
- 1 year contract job, renew every year as standard.
- 5 day work ( Monday - Friday )
- Work location : Shatin
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $18,000.00 to $25,000.00 /month
