Operation officer

 Duties 

· Handle enquiries and provide efficient andquality services to customers 

· Knowledge in computer hardware, networking equipment andprovide troubleshooting and maintenance 

· Support team manager to handle project, administrativeenhancements of branch operation 

· Liaise both internal and external parties fordaily operation to enhance workflow efficiency  

  

Requirements: 

· Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.  

· A minimum 2 years of solid working experience in operation/ IT helpdesk support field 

· Excellent I.T knowledge with MCSE is highly preferred 

· Strong communication skill both written and spoken English and Chinese 

· Good organization, attention to details, good time management and self-initiative 

· Ability to work multi-tasks and within deadline 

· Immediate available is preferred.
