Operations Analyst (contract)
Our client is a leading independent global asset manager, dedicated to delivering the best outcomes for clients through a highly diversified range of actively managed products.
Job Duties:
• Provide timely and professional support for any operational issues for both internal and external parties
• Responds to queries from various parties including clients, third party administrators and Distribution teams.
• Review and update dealing guides and operating memorandums with distributors, third party administrators and Distribution teams
• Assist on account opening procedure for clients, make sure all activities comply to rules and regulations
Requirement:
• Degree holder or above with major in Finance, Business, or Banking
• Fluency in English. Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency will be a plus
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg and Irish Funds Regulatory Framework
• At least 5 years Transfer Agency operation experience
