Parttime Customer Service Officer / Admin (Yau Ma Tei)

DETAILS

We are a leading education centre looking for a customer service officerto join our administration team. This role would be suitable for fresh graduate and experienced service officer.

As the customer service officer,you will:

>Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face

>Manage and update student/parent accounts

>Provide parents and students information regarding courses

Perform general administration tasks

>Support other departments

>Contact tutors and parents

We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and communicative.

The successful candidate will also have:

A warm, approachable manner

Experience using MS office software

Chinese typing skill

Experience: N/A

Qualification: School Cert

1-2 days/ week

Time: 0900-1900 (usually 7 hrs work, flexible)
