Job Descriptions:
- Deliver professional customer service by responding to enquiries concerning account opening, banking products through emails, live chats, and inbound/ outbound calls and help resolve customer’s queries at first contact where possible
- Handle product or service complaint by determining the cause of the issue; selecting and articulating the best solution
- Document necessary case information and offer customized solutions that benefit the customers
- Provide support in administrative work
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above education level
- Passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
- Previous working experience in banking customer service centre will be an advantage
- Good understanding of SME banking products and service
- Good command of PC applications including MS Excel, Word and Power Point and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
About Work:
- Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
- Working Location: Tai Kok Tsui
