Job Descriptions:

  • Deliver professional customer service by responding to enquiries concerning account opening, banking products through emails, live chats, and inbound/ outbound calls and help resolve customer’s queries at first contact where possible
  • Handle product or service complaint by determining the cause of the issue; selecting and articulating the best solution
  • Document necessary case information and offer customized solutions that benefit the customers
  • Provide support in administrative work

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above education level
  • Passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Previous working experience in banking customer service centre will be an advantage
  • Good understanding of SME banking products and service
  • Good command of PC applications including MS Excel, Word and Power Point and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

About Work:

  • Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
  • Working Location: Tai Kok Tsui
