Job Responsibilities 職責:
- Deliver accurate & complete information to our customers by answering any & all inbound inquiries in a timely & empathetic manner
- Routine create and update product list
- Provide customer service on inquiry and feedback
- Assist in order processing, documentation, and delivery
- Routine report on product trend and performance
- Participate in the ad-hoc project as assigned
Job Requirements 入職要求:
- Diploma holder or above with at least 2 year customer service or sales experience Excellent service attitude and a strong customer-oriented mindset
- A team player, detail-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, responsive to changing customer needs, and with a can-do attitude
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese. Competent in spoken Putonghua
- Good in PC skills including MS Office applications
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
