Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up orders
- Closely monitor order status to facilitate on-time delivery
- Follow customers’ required processes and standards to ensure on time approvals
- Prepare cost sheet, sales confirmation, purchase orders and timing and action schedule
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of order
Requirements:
- Degree or Post-Secondary Holder
- Relevant experience (preferably in toys industry)
- Well organized, detail oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Some travel necessary
(fresh graduate will also be considered)

Work location is in Lai Chi Kok. Priority will be given to those who can be immediately available.
