Responsibilities: 

  •   Handle customer inquiries and follow up orders  
  • Closely monitor order status to facilitate on-time delivery 
  • Follow customers’ required processes and standards to ensure on time approvals 
  • Prepare cost sheet, sales confirmation, purchase orders and timing and action schedule 
  • Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of order  

Requirements:

  •   Degree or Post-Secondary Holder 
  • Relevant experience (preferably in toys industry) 
  • Well organized, detail oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office  
  • Some travel necessary   

(fresh graduate will also be considered)
