Responsibilities:
· Assist in formulating and identifying marketing strategies / mixes
· Supervise the production of sales and marketing materials
· Ensure all the marketing materials and sales tools such as sales brochure and showflats are in compliance with Residential Properties (1st-Hand Sales) Ordinance& other regulations
· Explore up-to-date marketing tools with particular focus on social and digital platforms
· Liaise with media, develop and maintain relationships with relevant journalists,editors and bloggers, to pitch positive media of PR & Events activities
· Conduct property market research and monitor competitive marketing activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic design related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ experience, preferably in marketing of residential properties in property developers
- Basic design skills in photoshop, illustrator and InDesign
- Knowledge in CAD and video editing
