 Responsibilities: 

· Responsible for integrating people, work process and physical assets to deliver quality services to clients 

· Responsible for the general property management / facility management services including but not limit to space and business operations coordination, business and operation continuity, health and safety of the facilities and property, financial planning and monitoring, facilities maintenance and improvement, day to day operation such as cleaning and hygiene, security control, concierge service, landscape, signage and car park management 

· Supervise a team of staff and service contractors to oversee day-to-day operation 

· Handle emergency incidents, enquiries or complaints from tenants and provide effective solution 

· Develop and implement facilities and space improvement plans; review services contracts regularly and make improvement proposals 

Requirements: 

· Degree holder in Property / Housing Management / Real Estate / Surveying / Facility Management or equivalent 

· Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH, RICS (GP), HKIS (GP) / HKIFM / IFMA or RPHM 

· Minimum 5 years’ experience at managerial level and proven track record in managing sizable properties / facilities 

· Mature, self-driven, flexible with strong client management 

· Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Chinese 

· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills 

· Qualifications Framework-recognized qualifications in property management and facility management is preferable 

· Good understanding on the applications of facility management related operations systems and models  Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer.
