Responsibilities:
- To receive, follow orders and arrange goods delivery to customers
- To resolve any matters and follow up with customer enquiry emails
- To be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handling Japanese customer enquiries in a good manner
- To monitor of customer feedback across social networks
- To assist any ad-hoc project as assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager
- To have simple translations from English to Japanese
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Prior work experience in social media, searching marketing and / or e-commerce is advantageous but not compulsory
- Good command of MS Office and Outlook
- Business level written and verbal proficiency in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English
- Able to work independently and effectively
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented
