  • To receive, follow orders and arrange goods delivery to customers
  • To resolve any matters and follow up with customer enquiry emails
  • To be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handling Japanese customer enquiries in a good manner
  • To monitor of customer feedback across social networks
  • To assist any ad-hoc project as assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager
  • To have simple translations from English to Japanese


  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Prior work experience in social media, searching marketing and / or e-commerce is advantageous but not compulsory
  • Good command of MS Office and Outlook
  • Business level written and verbal proficiency in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English
  • Able to work independently and effectively
  • Self-motivated and customer-oriented
