Duties:
- Responsible for 1st/2nd level technical support for VIP Clients and senior management
- Perform technical support and consultation services for client office application, such as Microsoft O365, Office, Outlook, Blackberry, MobileIron and telecommunication devices
- Provide support services and end user training for senior management on IT equipment such as desktop, notebook, Blackberry and mobile devices
- Carry out MAC (Move/Add/Change) services for desktop PC, notebook, printers, and Industrial grade peripheral devices
- Configure and setup computers and A/V equipment for meetings
- Organize, setup and support video conferences across a range of platforms
- Liaise with third-party vendors for the solution and service related problems.
- Monitor and quality control the solution progress
- Prioritize and manage the senior management support queue
- Analyze, research and resolve technical problems and escalate to support tiers when needed
- Conduct asset management and equipment control
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above
- With 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in sizeable company
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft O365, BlackBerry, MobileIron, iOS and Android mobile devices
- Good knowledge in OA, email, networking, wireless peripheral, A/V equipment and mobile devices
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skill
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with teams and end users
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
