Website Content Manager (HKD 32.5K, 12 month govt contract)

Service hours:

• From 14 September 2020 to 13 September 2021 
• Monday – Friday 
• From 8:30am to 6:06pm 

Salary:

HKD 32,500 Per Month 

Service Location:

Police Offices in Police Headquarters, No.1 Arsenal Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong  

Job duties:

· Develop a comprehensive and aligned marketing plan; 

· Meet established standards of production, service and quality; resolve operational problems; identify work process improvements; 

· Meet cost standards by monitoring expenses; implement cost-saving actions; 

· Determine production requirements and schedule by conferring with cross-functional teams; 

· Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team of copywriters, designers and event coordinators; 

· Lead brainstorming sessions with creative teams to develop ad campaigns; 

· Create advertising proposals; 

Job requirements:

· Have a recognised degree from a local University or equivalent, preferably in ComputerScience; 

· Proficient in English and Chinese, both verbal and written; 

· 5 years or more of experience in advertising and marketing (Digital, TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, and/or O2O); 

· Proficient in video production, photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, HTML5, Flash, PowerPoint and other related programs; 

· Experience in content and online-to-offline ad campaigns production; 

· The ability to lead and inspire a team of creative people; 

· Solid background in copywriting, storyboarding, and/or design and art direction; 

· Knowledge of each step of an ad campaign’s process to give creative direction, work on schedule and meet advertising expectations; 

· Experience in working Adscreative agencies is ideal; 

· Provide technical support of the website and attend meetings for development and content enhancement of the website; 

· Patient and possess good communication and interpersonal skills 

· Be able to work independently; 

· Preferably have completed at least one relevant course
