Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries, itineraries, business travels, meeting, etc.
  • Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to team manager
  • Prepare meeting clients’ documents, scheduling meetings and appointments and so on
  • Work closely with team members to provide efficient support
  • Perform other ad hoc project assigned

Job Requirement

  • Degree Holder or above
  • Be mature and able to work independently
  • Positive, energetic, motivated, aggressive and willing to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Spoken of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fresh graduate and IANG students are also welcome
