Immigration Consultant

Job Responsibilities 

• Provide consultation service to all clients and deal with all applications fact to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
• Fully grasp client's needs, communicate and interact with clients, discover the potential needs of client's by assessing the profiles.
• Assist current clients to prepare full set of immigration materials in order to fulfill client's needs.
• Maintain existing clients and maintain good cooperative relations, establish clients information and conduct secondary sales development.
• Provide professional consultation for immigration and executive sales plan. Prepare and submit reports, publications, and other written work as required.
• Assist in ad-hoc task / project upon request. 
• Other clerical and administrative work.
• Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, HRM or Law degree
• Prior work experience in immigration consultancy or related industry, ideally with exposure to Hong Kong, Taiwan, or other countries immigration regulation.
• Strong client service mentality Strong analytical and judgement skills. 
• Strong problem-solving skills within a fast paced environment. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure. 
• Ability to work independently and a good team player Fluent in spoken and written in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office
