Accountabilities

· Provide excellent service to customers 

· Sustain high customer satisfactory service level 

· Attend customer’s enquiry by fulfilling their requirements 

· Ensure customer satisfaction to retain customer 

· Collaborate with the team to achieve the team objectives 

· Communicate with oversea offices / agents for shipment processing / customs issues 

· Assist ad hoc project as assigned 

Job Requirements

· Post-secondary or above 

· Minimum 2 years' working experience in customer services, preferably in call centre 

· Knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese word processing  

· Proficiency in verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese 

· Good communication skills and analytical skills 

· Customer service oriented with good telephone manner 

· Pleasant personality, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
