Job Duties :

-HR Management - analysing vacancy; handling recruitments; staff selecting, orienting, training, monitoring, coaching and counselling to achieve corrective actions; maintaining disciplines; motivating, morale formation; organising weekly entertainment; preparing staff evaluation and appraisal

-Finance - payroll, basic bookkeeping, preparing annual budget, achieving financial objectives

-Administrative works

Requirements :

-Degree holder in Business Management/Administration or relevant discipline

-3 years or above experience in HR management

-Proficient I.T. knowledge & skills

-Talent-oriented HR management skill

-Spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin

-Experience in advertising agency or on-line marketing is a plus

-Immediately available or short notice is preferable
