 Sales Consultants / Managers (Hong Kongoffice) – International Properties 

  

Responsibilities: 

· Sales of overseas properties, advising and guiding purchasers throughout the process to provide related services such as overseas education advice, financing and immigration. 

· Focusing on properties across selected regions and sharing with customers knowledge of these countries including UK, Australia, USA and Asian countries. 

· Promoting excellent lifestyle benefits and investment opportunities. 

· Manage client database system, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow updates or other action required 

· Attend weekend exhibitions / sales events to drive sales by developing and maintaining good relationship with potential clients / investors. 

· Conduct one-to-one marketing / sales to prospective customers through telephone calls in a professional manner 

· Building long term relationships with customers and gaining repeated business. 

· Direct report to the Division Head. 

  

Key / ideal requirements: 

· Diploma or above in Business Studies or related disciplines. 

· 2-3 years’ sales experience in real estate or overseas property preferred but not essential. 

· Knowledge of the sales cycle including establishing clients’ need, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing is an advantage 

· Overseas property agent returnees andWealth Management professionals are welcome 

· Mainland property consultant experience managing client overseas portfolio is of distinct advantage. 

· Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and conversational Mandarin. 

· Direct report to the Division Head.
