- Degree holders with experience in CS/ Account servicing/ Project coordination are preferred;
- Fresh graduates are welcome;
- Liaise with clients face to face, by email or telephone with good customer service skills in order to fulfill their requirements;
- Act as a contact point between clients and internal parties to meet deadlines;
- Willing to take shift (with attractive shift allowance) - roster will be arranged once per month in advance.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: Negotiable + OT allowance + Gratuity bonus;
- 5-day work;
- Working location: Central;
- Company background: a US-listed company;
- Good fringe benefits such as medical, dental insurance will be provided.
