- Degree holder;
- At least 7 years’ relevant experience with 2 years in managerial level;
- Lead 3 teams including sales planning, buying and inventory allocation;
- Good marketing and fashion sense for merchandising popular items from china head office for HK retail branches in order to achieve good sales performance;
- Liaise with logistic team in stock level and replenishment;
- Conduct business, marketing analysis, customer behavior and benchmarking with good numerical sense;
- Strong in calculate by region by category seasonal OTE for merchandise team;
- Strong in KPI for OTB formulation;
- Experience in outlet inventory planning and online stores sales planning;
- Able to give advice to the management for sales strategies;
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Occasional travel to PRC is required.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: Up to HK$58K;
- 5-day work;
- Good fringe benefits e.g. medical, bank holiday, etc.
