Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years solid understanding & experience in F&B management (Yakiniku experience preferred)
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and the team
- Excellent communication skills, good command of spoken and writing English and Cantonese
- Good planning skill, organized with strong numerical sense
- A good team leader, self-motivated
- Able to work as a Role Model
- Holder of certificate of Hygiene Manager
- Immediate Availability
