[Plumbing Engineering] 工程監督 Clerk of Works

 Responsibilities: 

· To ensure the works running properly and communicated with all parties concerned; 

· To ensure the sub-contractor in conformity with contract, specification, workmanship standards and relevant legislation; 

· To liaise with the project supervisor, developer and contractors to execute the works specifications,working procedures, work schedules, and quality control are strictly followed;  

Requirements:

· Higher Certificate /Certificate in Building studies / Civil or equivalent; 

· Minimum 8 years relevant experience
