Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Leading, supervising and training the team to deliver high quality of customer service
- Prepare regular shop sales report and cost control
- Manage working team on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
- Manage inventory level, movement and delivery schedule, conduct stock-take regularly
- Work closely with different internal department and office teams with effective communication
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- 8 years or above solid experience in F&B experience, especially in Japanese Cuisine
- At least 5 years managerial experience in restaurant environment
- Full-service restaurant management experience is definitely an advantage
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
- Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
- Shift duty is required
- Candidate with less experience maybe considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager
