Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Leading, supervising and training the team to deliver high quality of customer service
  • Prepare regular shop sales report and cost control
  • Manage working team on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
  • Manage inventory level, movement and delivery schedule, conduct stock-take regularly
  • Work closely with different internal department and office teams with effective communication
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 8 years or above solid experience in F&B experience, especially in Japanese Cuisine
  • At least 5 years managerial experience in restaurant environment
  • Full-service restaurant management experience is definitely an advantage
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multitasks under pressure
  • Shift duty is required
  • Candidate with less experience maybe considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager
