Position Objective:
Supports Technology Solutions Team in conducting System Support/ User Acceptance Tests related to the Application & System integration project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate and support all life cycles of department projects, including but not limited to idea collection/sharing, test plan design, launch plan, post-implementation monitoring, and ongoing enhancements
- Support the integration of digital platforms including testing, provide suggestion for improvement and re-testing on trouble-shooting fix
- Assist the team to perform any designated tasks to enhance business processes through digital means or system automation
