 Responsibilities:  

  1. Handle full spectrum of office administrative and human resources support to all departments in a professional manner. 
  2. Handle all round HR functions including the processing of staff recruitment, MPF,compensation & benefits, payroll administration. 
  3. Maintain good HR records and filing of personal data, leave records, attendance,etc. 
  4. Manage the company membership database 
  5. Responsible for handling office administration including equipment maintenance & procurement of office supplies, document filing and memo writing. 
  6. Responsible for planning and organizing company activities and events  
  7. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required. 

Requirements  

  1. Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines 
  2. 1-3 years of relevant working experience; 
  3. Good knowledge in general office administration and HK Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances; Knowledge in China Labour Law is an advantage 
  4. Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, outgoing and open-minded and able to work under pressure and independently; 
  5. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communications skills; 
  6. Good team player, self-initiative and able to work on multi-tasks and priorities work; 
  7. Strong organizational and leadership skills preferred. 
  8. Good analytical thinking, with problem solving skills, and business acumen; 
  9. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing; 
  10. Immediate available is preferred.
