  Duties& Responsibilities 

· Maintaining and revise the Management System Manual when necessary. 

· Support the implementation and management of the Quality, Health, Safety and EnvironmentalManagement Systems. 

· Support a number of projects and departments to meet the requirements of theManagements Systems. 

· Assist the company by recognizing hazards, seeking to minimize risks whilst creating, maintaining and improving the quality,health, safety and environmental standards. 

· Carry out management system training and promotion for relevant parties. 

· Organize internal system audit and ensure the audit being carried out regularly andmeeting the schedule. 

· Handle document control and maintain all management system records. 

· Handle and monitor the follow-up action for out-standing task regarding managementsystems. 


· Bachelor's degree or higher in science or related engineering field is preferred. 

· Experience of working with laboratory, safety and environmental management systemstandards, such as ISO/IEC17025, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, F&IU orHKAS requirements. 

· Able to work as a member of a team, capable of working alone to tight deadlines asappropriate. 

· Analytical skills to interpret detailed information and regulations. 

· Ability to read, write, and good communication skills, including strong presentationand reporting writing skills. 

· Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

Working Days 

Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 and Saturday 0830 – 1230
