IT Manager

This newly created position will oversee the IT operations and systems for Town Health Group and translate business needs into delivery strategies, solutions, technologies, and services. The incumbent should be a leader who will provide oversight over solution delivery and ensure that solutions are effectively identified, implemented and utilized. 

Job Responsibilities 

- Establish strategy for delivering solutions and related service capabilities and align solutions with business goals & objectives to ensure outcomes are realized 

- Understand, translate and prioritize functional area needs into effective processes for technicalsolutions and services 

- Ensure value propositions of planned initiatives are effectively gathered, communicated and measured post-delivery 

- Evaluate technology solutions favoring “cloud” and “buy” over “build” and ensure appropriate configuration of technologies to meet business needs 

- Manage execution and governance of the solutions portfolio and budget 

- Serve as a subject matter in routinely briefing managers and staffs on different aspects of IT initiatives 

- Oversee IT systems and software life cycle 

- Work with department managers and vendors in keeping abreast of technology trends and applicability to business needs 

- Introduce new innovative solutions and technologies to improve business performance and drive business growth 

Requirements 

- Bachelor Degree with 5 years of relevant experience in which 3 years in management role 

- Ability to manage solution and capability in identification, assessment, selection and implementation in the healthcare domain 

- Deep understanding and experience with processes and technology solutions in healthcare setting 

- Demonstrate accountability for the delivery of business cases and prioritization across a portfolio 

- Strong track record of project/program management, budget management and collaboration skills 

- Strong communication skills  

- Attention to detail and accuracy of work 

- Master degree and experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage 

- Previous consulting experience is highly desired but not required
