Job Description

- Oversee all financial accounting operations, including financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, treasury function etc. 

- Responsible for the annual report, interim report and annual audit 

- Perform cash flow management 

- Manage the budgeting process and deliverables 

- Liaise with professional parties including auditors, valuers, lawyers etc. 

- Ensure compliance with all the requirements as set out in the Listing Rules under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Companies Ordinance and relevant compliance regulations 

- Support special projects and ad hoc duties as and when required 


- Member of HKICPA or other equivalent qualifications 

- Degree in accounting, finance or other related disciplines 

- Over 8 years’ solid experience in accounting & auditing, preferably gained from listed companies and/or Big 4 audit firms 

- Conversant with accounting standards, tax matters and listing rules 

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)  

- Independent, proactive, meticulous with good people management skills 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint 

- Occasional travel to the PRC
