JobResponsibilities

· Assist in handling a full spectrum of company secretarial andstatutory compliance matters of the Group 

· Assist in preparing circulars, annual/interim reports, SFOfilings, organizing board meetings and general meetings 

· Maintain and update company secretarial records and routinefilings 

Requirements

· Diploma holder or above in relevant discipline 

· Student Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries 

· 1 to 2 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in listedcompanies 

· Computer literacy with MS Word, Exceland Chinese Word processing 

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 

· Responsible, detail-oriented, good team player andgood record keeper
