JobResponsibilities
- Responsible for compensation and benefits including monthlypayroll, bonus calculation, MPF administration, submission of Employer’sReturns, benefits administration as well as attendance & leave management
- Handle monthly payroll processing and prepare manpower cost allocationamong clinics
- Maintain and update HR Databaseand participate in HRIS implementation & enhancement
- Prepare analysis reports formanagement review
- Assist in work injury cases, staff disciplinary issues and labordispute cases
- Support ad hoc duties as andwhen required
Requirements
- Tertiary education in human resources management or relateddisciplines
- 1 to 2 years’ relevant human resources experience, preferably gainedin sizable companies
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related laws& ordinances
- Detail oriented, well-organizedwith strong numerical sense and high accuracy
- Able to multi-task and workunder pressure to meet tight schedule
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,preferably with Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification in Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate availabilitypreferred
