Responsibilities:
- Merchant Relationship: Develop and maintain merchant relationships, monitoring initiatives to improve merchant engagement, applying problem-solving skills to effectuate solutions.
- Account Management: Being the first point of contact for sales and operational queries from our merchants/ partners.
- Sales: Making sure that business leads are properly responded to and logged into the CRM
- Support the marketing team with partner-related content (pictures, videos)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Diploma (Bachelors and Masters Students/Graduates may apply as well)
- Previous experience in a start-up and/or corporate environment is ideal.
- Experience in real estate would be an added advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills and fluency in English. Cantonese would be a major plus.
- Natural sales instincts, driven attitude and “rainmaking” mentality best describe the ideal candidate for the role.
