大型保險公司 Call Centre - Customer Service Advisor (不用跑數不用銷售)

  • Salary: Around $18,000-22,000 (With exp. can up to $24-25k/mth)
  • Working Days & Hour: 08:45-17:45/09:00-18:00/Any 9-hours service per working day and 45 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
  • If need to support on Sat, will count as OT; Sun & PH are not required to work.
  • NO overnight shift
  • Training: 2 weeks Classroom Training 

4 major Teams:

1) Life Insurance

2) Employee Benefits 

3) Agency/ Broker

4) MPF

Other Team: 

1) Complaint Team (Phone/ Email)

2) Service Engagement (Chat box, Live Chat)

Requirement:

  • Candidates with Customer Service experience (Call Centre/ Banking/ Insurance/ Telecom, etc.)
  • IIQE Paper 1 & 3 (still can be considered if not yet done IIQE)
  • With IIQE Paper 2, 4, 5 will be an advantage
  • Fast Pace with Good Communication Skills
  • Good in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
