Our client is a garment trims trading and they are looking for caliber candidates to apply their position:
Job Description
- Request quotes, prepare and placing purchase orders,
- Follow up orders and delivery schedule with factories and suppliers,
- Liaise with suppliers on price negotiation and trade terms,
- Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers,
- Support to the department and assist on material sourcing,
- Prepare reports for stock planning and inventory control
- Co-ordinate with various departments
- Ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- At least 2 years or above purchasing experience
- With experience in garment accessories / trims is an assets but NOT is a must
- Strong in MS Excel, such as Vlookup, Pivot Table is a must
- Good commend in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
