- Degree or above;
- 2 years or above related experience in dealing with HK and offshore companies;
- HKICS member preferred but not a must;
- Main job duties are to assist clients to set up and register new offices in Hong Kong and ensure all the rules and regulations are met;
- Record keeping and administration duties such as taking minutes, maintaining accounting & annual returns records etc.;
- Willing to work in small-sized company in HK office (around 15 staff) with over 300 staff worldwide;
- Supervise a small team of junior staff and report to an expatriate manager;
- Good command of both English and Cantonese.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: Attractive salary will be offered to right candidate depending on experience + discretionary bonus;
- Working days/ hours: 4.5-day per week; 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (with flexible working hours);
