Responsibilities:  

· To provide continuous support to trading manager for sales and operational issues  

· Handling daily sales admin such as purchase orders, sales orders and invoices 

· Manage and checking shipping and delivery documents 

· To provide excellent customer service 

· Follow up on documentation with customers and suppliers 

· Ad-hoc assignment or special projects as required 

Requirements:  

· Bachelor’s Undergraduate Degree or Diploma  

· Relevant working experience in fresh produce or food industry would be an advantage 

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability tomake sound decisions and solve problems in a confident, decisive manner 

· Excellent organization, time management skills and able to workunder pressure 

· Hands-on mentality and strong analytical, critical thinking andnumeric skills 

· Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Other foreign language skills would be a big advantage 

· Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
