JOB RESPONSIBLITIE
- Assist on managing all aspects of the reception to functions in accordance with hotel standards
- Supervise the reception team to ensure professional services are provided and achieve highest level of guest satisfaction
- Coach the team to ensure brand standards and sequence of service components are executed with precision
- Responsible for full set of receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, and managing customer bookings
- Maintain high standards and professional services in meeting customers' expectations
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

- 根據酒店標準協助管理餐廳接待員團隊
- 負責監督接待員團隊,以確保服務質素達致最高的客人滿意度
- 為團隊成員提供培訓,准確執行酒店標準和相關服務守則
- 執行接待員的相關職責,包括接待客人、處理電話查詢和管理客人預訂
- 提供高質素的專業服務以滿足客戶的期望
- 處理其他被分配之臨時職務
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- Form 5 or above, holder of Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management is preferred
- 2 - 5 years relevant experience in hospitality industry
- Keen to develop a career in Food & Beverage industry
- Customer oriented, energetic with helpful and outgoing personality
- Good command in English and Cantonese, good in Mandarin would be an advantage
相關經驗及資歷要
- 中五程度或以上,具酒店管理文憑或證書者優先
- 2至5年款待業相關經驗
- 熱衷於餐飲業發展
- 以客為本,個性和態度正面、積極
- 良好的中英文讀寫能力,另具備良好的普通話對話能力更佳
