Guest Service Supervisor / Restaurant Receptionist

JOB RESPONSIBLITIE

• Assist on managing all aspects of the reception to functions in accordance with hotel standards
• Supervise the reception team to ensure professional services are provided and achieve highest level of guest satisfaction
• Coach the team to ensure brand standards and sequence of service components are executed with precision
• Responsible for full set of receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, and managing customer bookings
• Maintain high standards and professional services in meeting customers' expectations
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

• 根據酒店標準協助管理餐廳接待員團隊
• 負責監督接待員團隊，以確保服務質素達致最高的客人滿意度
• 為團隊成員提供培訓，准確執行酒店標準和相關服務守則
• 執行接待員的相關職責，包括接待客人、處理電話查詢和管理客人預訂
• 提供高質素的專業服務以滿足客戶的期望
• 處理其他被分配之臨時職務

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Form 5 or above, holder of Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management is preferred
• 2 - 5 years relevant experience in hospitality industry
• Keen to develop a career in Food & Beverage industry
• Customer oriented, energetic with helpful and outgoing personality
• Good command in English and Cantonese, good in Mandarin would be an advantage

相關經驗及資歷要

• 中五程度或以上，具酒店管理文憑或證書者優先
• 2至5年款待業相關經驗
• 熱衷於餐飲業發展
• 以客為本，個性和態度正面、積極
• 良好的中英文讀寫能力，另具備良好的普通話對話能力更佳
