Responsibilities:

• Understand our users, build appropriate channels to reach them and ultimately meet their needs
• Through customer research/development, improve the user subscription growth
• Plan & execute various marketing campaigns
• Interpret campaign data & results to provide reports and recommendations
• Creative content creation and dynamic storytelling on social media channels
• PR materials write-up in English & Chinese
• Study user funnel and marketing figures to improve UI/ UX with the team

Requirements:

• Fast self-learning ability
• Self-motivated in pursuing goals
• Passionate about digital marketing, Fintech and startup industry
• Good writing skills in both Chinese & English
• Basic knowledge of commonly used softwares (Excel, AI, photoshop)
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
• Knowledge in paid media marketing tools, e.g. Facebook Ads Manager/ SEM is a plus
