Assistant Project Manager / Sr. Engineer (Mechanical Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
Requirements:
- BEng (Hons) in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 8 to 10 years working experience in Contractor firm in the field of Air Conditioning Installation
- Experience in "Design & Build" project is preferred
- Familiar with local statutory requirements and code of practice
- Site experience in progress, quality control and site safety
- Good project management skill in terms of contract and technical aspect
- Good communication skill with client, consultant and subcontractor
- Able to prepare tender cost estimation independently
- T&C skill is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and Project
- 5.5 days week, alternate Saturday off
