Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and customer complaints received by phone, by email or other official channels
  • Response to inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
  • Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems or investigate the complaint cases
  • Deliver quality customer service including membership enrollment follow-up such as VIP cards processing
  • Provide supports to Operation and Customer Service team such as reply shop staff's inquiries, data entry, report preparation, etc.
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

 Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above;
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant work experience;
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, honest, responsible, detail-minded;
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English and fair in Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
