Job Info
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and customer complaints received by phone, by email or other official channels
- Response to inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems or investigate the complaint cases
- Deliver quality customer service including membership enrollment follow-up such as VIP cards processing
- Provide supports to Operation and Customer Service team such as reply shop staff's inquiries, data entry, report preparation, etc.
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above;
- Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant work experience;
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented, honest, responsible, detail-minded;
- Fluent in Cantonese and English and fair in Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
