Duties & Responsibilities
- Build up and develop sustainable long term relationship with customers and business.
- Assist sales team while managing job duty for clerks & operations.
- Understand the needs of clients and assist in defining customer requirements.
- Coordinate and work closely with Purchasing and other departments for overall ordering process.
- Handle customer enquiries andmaintain close relationship with existing overseas / local customers in professional manner.
Experience & Qualifications
- Good command of English & Chinese
- Good interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
- Knowledgeable on consumer products export or electronics industries would be an advantage
- Experience in managing and operating online marketplace or online store is a plus
- Immediateavailability is preferred
