The incumbent will be supporting the IT Department for IT related daily operating issues including but not limited to:
l Provide 1st and 2nd level support to both office end-user and Shops;
l Provide Point of sales(POS) system and all IT equipment support for Shops;
l Hardware and Software support including PCs, Laptop, mobile and server;
l Inventory Management of IT equipment, record keeping and documentations;
l To configure network device such as router and switch
Requirements
l Higher Diploma holder / Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent;
l 1 year Helpdesk / Internal Support working experience;
l Candidate with more experience is an advantage;
l Knowledge in Microsoft Windows configuration, PC Administration & Microsoft Office365;
l Good commend of spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
l Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and willing to learn;
l Immediate availability is preferred;
l Fresh graduate will also be considered
Working Hours
l Able to work at least 3 half days per week
