工程監督 Clerk of Works [Plumbing Engineering]

 Responsibilities: 

· To ensure the works running properly and communicated with all parties concerned; 

· To ensure the sub-contractor in conformity with contract, specification, workmanship standards and relevant legislation; 

· To liaise with the project supervisor, developer and contractors to execute the works specifications,
working procedures, work schedules, and quality control are strictly followed; 

· Conduct a various statutory inspection; 

· Prepare evaluation and progress report; 

· Monitor all environmental, health and safety aspects of the sub-contractors work 

  

  

Requirements: 

· Higher Certificate / Certificate in Building studies / Civil or equivalent; 

· Minimum 8 years relevant experience; 

· Experience in water treatment / plumbing / pipe renovation works is preferred.
