The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks high calibre telemarketing professionals to join the Exhibitions and Digital Business Department.
Responsibilities:
- To conduct regular outbound calls to promote HKTDC’s local exhibitions and online marketplace hktdc.com Sourcing;
- To handle inbound enquiries from customers on local exhibitions and hktdc.com Sourcing;
- To conduct ad-hoc calling exercises and render after-sales services and administrative support;
- To collect and convey customers’ feedback to internal teams;
- To manage our customer database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including updated contact details and follow-up actions required
Requirements:
- Matriculated or above
- Experience in telemarketing/ sales is preferred, with knowledge in exhibitions and E-commerce an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS applications
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Contract until 31 Dec 2022 (Renewable subject to operational needs)
